Welcome. If you're here, you're probably not here, b/c you're watching the live feed at Scotusblog. Which is fine, but just a reminder: as the Becket Fund has reminded us, it would take the striking down of all of Obamacare (unlikely imo) in order to moot out the case against the HHS mandate. That said, the striking down of the individual mandate, if that is what happens (don't bet on anything), would be an important strike for enumerated powers and (so to put it) a non-unlimited federal government, meaning, a federal government with inherent limits in addition to those specified in the Bill of Rights.
