Ayotte oral argument
A former student writes in:My prediction is that the Court will send it back down to the lower court with an order to try and more narrowly tailor an injunction to allow exceptions for medical emergencies. Even Ginsburg, of all Justices, seemed perplexed as to why the whole law was struck down just for these rare (if ever) emergency cases.
I was pleased with Roberts, I think he will be very good.
